Water Flow In Tank

I have a question for you guys. Here it goes, I have a 175 gallon bow front tank and i'm having a problem with water flow in side the tank.
I have 1 sea swirl hooked up closed loop in the center back, 2 Korolia 3- 1 on each side glass facing each other, and 4 locline nozzles, 2 in each corner facing the back glass. The pumps are blue line 100 for the closed loop, blue line 75 for the locline. The problem i,m having is no matter what I do there seems to be to much flow in the tank, I have mainly softies and lps. Can someone help?

pull the koralias, and tee off the return so you can throttle back the pump

Get ride of the Lps and the softys and get sps.

How long is your tank? I had to upgrade to a much stronger stream pump with a flow of 5,800 gph streaming all the way across my six foot tank

Funny sps? its a 6 foot tank too,

Sps corals are getting more popular but they are not as forgiving as softies and LPS's.
