And FYI rubbing alcohol cuts grease and oil and evaporates fast so not much rinsing and is not toxic unless you pour it into the tank direct.

i think you need to relax, ive put my hand in my tank while forgetting i had lotion on, and nothing happened, i keep sps. Just leave the bleach in it for a day and clean it out with vinegar and you'll be fine.

clean it and re-use it. There is no reason to panic. The bucket sure as heck didn't absorb it all. Just bleach and rinse well.
