Does any one have any organization to donate to for the oil disaster in the gulf

Hey fellow reefers my name is George i work at sovereign mercedes benz in brooklyn one of my co workers thought it would be a good idea to start a collection for the disaster in the gulf but i do not know any organization to donations im hopeing that my fellow reefers can help if any one has any idea or good organizations please pm me thanks you all for the help

I think at this point its too early to try to help, unless you can put your name in and be able to if called actually go there and help clean the oil off the animals they catch. Id wait till after the leak is at least pretty much under control. They cant even figure out how to stop the disaster they started, you think theyll have time to allot money correctly? I dont. After the leak is figured out I think is when the agencies that our money would go to would then be in full force and the money would definately go to the right place. It sucks but in the state of disorginazation that theyre in theyre probably having trouble tying their shoes at this point.

I seen a report this weekend that BP has nothing set up for donations. However the National Audubon Society is accepting donations for the clean up of the animals.
