I don't see a skimmer.I would replace that HOB filter with a HOB skimmer.My opinion.

a little more rocks on the back wall would look a little nicer and of course some corals

+1 on the live rock and if your parameters are good add some corals.

You will need a 2nd powerhead. One will need to be pointed at the surface of the water to keep it moving & aid in oxygen exhange which is critical for a healthy reef tank.

How deep is it?
