I'd say yes and no.
While they aren't really harmful, they can irritate many corals with their long spaghetti 'arms'.

If you have a large population of them that is due to having a good deal of 'particulate' in your water column. It can often be due to how/what you feed.
If you don't already run a filter sock on your system, you might want to consider it as it will help get the free floating food (for them) out of there and that should help keep the population to a more reasonable number :)

I have been having trouble with the asterinas myself lately. I pluck every one that I see now, especially the ones that I see on my ZOAS(grrrrrrrrrrrrr). I have spaghettis too, but they seem to be confined to the sandbed, and I have very little down there, so I let them be. I also have seen what appears to be a small grey and white octopus(!) that I have no clue as to how it got in the tank. I haven't made any additions in a while, so it could have been there for God knows how long. I iwll try to get pics of it, it only shows itself at night. It pays to spend hours watching your tank at night in the dark with a tiny led flashlight...
Anyway, good luck with those spaghettis Dubs!!!

Spaghetti worms can be trouble some if they get out of control they can suffocate Zoas. There is an explosion of stars in my tank as well due to high nutrients and warmer waters i think.

I have tons of these guys in my tank, and so far they haven't been an issue... but I also don't have a large density of coral. I have seen them irritate a snail (lol) and a mushroom, so I wouldn't be surprised if having too many of them near Zoas would be problematic.
