Help please

hey guys, i need some advice I just bought a nice plate piece today, it was open and looking much bigger the tenticles were like 2 inches long, before i put in the tank i acclamated it for 30 mins...but now its not open is that normal? do i need to do anything?

Be patient and let it get used to your tank. Remember you acclimated it to your water, it still needs to acclimate to your lighting and to your flow

Not to worry as long as you have good parameters

Did you get it from a member or a LFS? Is your lighting similar to theirs?

Yeah it will take some time for it to really open up. It actually looks pretty good in that pic

Yeah, it looks fine. It will open up eventually. Mine took a few days to open.
