Lots of algae...

Fish are fine, eating well. Clam is also good. My LR on the other hand has turned all sorts of colors. From bright green to grey, to brown depending on which rock you look at. The Tang does graze on it and the snails and hermit crabs all seem to spend hours on them. What is going on?? I do top off with RODI water too. Are more frequent water changes in order?? Thanks

How long has the tank been up and what the TDS reading out of your RODI unit

It can be many things ... looks as if you had a bit more of organic load than is advisable ... how many fish do you keep and what species?
what do you feed them and how often?
what's the tank size?
Can you post photos?

Like my friend Pedro said, we need more info on your set up and inhabitants. Sounds like a Phosphate issue but would need more info to be sure.

Cut back on lighting aswell, and add a powerhead to the inside of your tank for flow.
