Are there any corals that would work in a rr tank with coralife 50/50 T5's?

+1 lol but to be alittle more specific zoas, leathers mushrooms lps sps the list goes on almost any coral can be kept with t5's

Wow--I didn't think my lights would be good enough for corals. They are not high wattage--does that matter?

yeah it does how much and how deep and big is the tank

If they are not High Output (normal output T5's), then I would only put things like mushrooms

It's a 55G. Dimensions are 48L x 20d. Also, sorry, I just checked they are 15 watt T8s 50/50. There are two of them--one in each hood.

with only 30W total of lights over a 55g tank, I can't really recommend zoas or leathers. Even mushrooms will grow very slow, but should survive in that light

I can't say for sure, but I would imagine that you can still keep mushrooms, kenya trees or xenia with that light.

I ran a 10g with a 10W T8 bulb for a few months, and my anthelia still managed to thrive.

Yes, but thats almost double the amount of light she has, and about half the height of a 55g tank so the light has to travel a lot further in her tank

Or go led... Plus it depends on what you want to keep in the long run will depend on what light you go with. Just my 2 cents.
