Do i need a power head?

i have a 10 gallon tank.. curently cycling.. i plan on keeping mushrooms and zoos... pretty much anything very low light.. do i need a power head?? i mean 10 gallons is so small... i think my aqueon filter is probably enough flow already for the water.... do mushrooms even need flow?? i want to fill my tank with mushrooms.. and zoos... thanks

I guess it depends on the rest of your setup... you do need good water movement. I also have a ten gallon, and the return pump is sufficient. I tried adding a koralia nano to it, and it was too much.

i think the filters good what size is it because if its around 50 than it should give you good flow for softies
