I have a drill bit that is 1.75"...
And to create a hole for a 3/4" bulkhead for my 20g long' I require drillbit which is 1.5".
The 1.75" will allow me to do a 1" bulkhead but I an concerned it may be a bit too big for my 20g long.
However the only good I see in using a 1 inch as opposed to the 3/4 inch is that my return pump is quite overpowered for my tank... It's an eheim 1262... Capable of pushing 630gph.
As far as I've read a 1" PVC will drain 650gph so it might not be a bad idea overall? I don't know if I'm thinking about this right.
Could really use some advice...
Thanks!
