Most LED's are manufactured by Chinese companies so I get the grammar issue, what's sad is it's better than others who are in the U.S.
Anyway... I've seen these lights before and they seemed pretty good. They are CREE LED's which is a plus. Only thing I'd be concerned about is cooling. I don't have PAR numbers to say they are awesome or bad but I am just basing it on design aspects. The price is right on them and you can be one of the first to test it out =D.
I'd go for the Maxspect LED's instead because it's the "safer" bet. People have them and love them... including myself.
