Beginner

[Cephalopod]

Hi,
I have recently set up an Oceanic Biocube 29 and was wondering what small (pygmy) fish that I could put in it for a reef set up. Any suggestions?

I like clown gobies, small fish but big on personality and variety.

Welcome to MR, gobies are nice, get fish that dont require food from that tank ie blenny, hawk fish, 6 line wrasse. Mine does eat frozen food but they also swim around the tank picking on the capepod, amphipods n other critters off rocks. Wait until your tank matures before getting these or similar fish.

Hi and welcome..

I got a 29 cube with an Oc. clown, royal gramma and a blenny in it....could probably add one more without it being too crowed and the bio load not too big. Plus go with shrimp and crabs...they add alot of personality to the tank and alot to look at.

If you go with damsels just keep in mind they are very territorial. They are active though and are nice to look at. But it limits what other stuff you can put in there.
