how long should i keep my lights on for?

Just got my LED's in, its my first light and i was wondering how i should do my down/dusk for. How long should I have on the whites, and how long should I have on the blues? and how long i should have them both on for together.

yes i realize that, but i was specifically asking, how many hours to keep my whites on, how many hours to keep whites/blues on together, and how long to keep just the blues on for.

I do blue 10 and whites 8. So at 11 my blues go on, and at 12 my whites go on. And the same at night whites of first and an hour later the blues go off

normally i do blue 1 hr before the whites come on then then blue goes off whites stay on for 8 hrs then goes off, 15 or 20 mins before the white goes off the blues come back on and stays on for about an hour you can mix it up a bit seeing that you have leds maybe leave the leds on for about one & a half hours in the evening time for a little nite time viewing...........

my light schedule is as followed...

LEDS 12:00 pm ON
BLUE T5 1:00 pm ON
WHITE T5 2:00 pm ON
WHITE T5 8:00 pm OFF
BLUE T5 9:00 pm OFF
LEDS 10:00 pm OFF

Seems to work fine for me
