Have some questions..

1st : my light issue ...I have a 4x54 watt 4 blue l.e.d. Nova extreme on my 55g ,what would be the best way to alternate them? Or should they be on at the same time ??
2nd : is the refugium light suppose to be on all the time (24hr)???
3rd : what would be a nice protean skimmer for a 55g

Would appreciate some advice, and then I can ask some more ????lolz

My lights go on in the afternoon. 2pm the actinics then 3pm the metal halides. Both stay on. At 10pm the metal halides go off and then the actinics go off at 11. This is feasible for me because i get home at 4pm and watch my tank during these hours. It
makes no sense for my lights to be on when I am not home and when theres sunlight or enough light outside to light the home.

My fuge light comes on at 11pm and goes off at 2pm. This is used to control ph drops when the main DT lights go off. (Reverse Cycle)

PS should be rated for 150 gallons.(Double your tank)
