I brought back like 5lbs of sand from the Bahamas. I snorkeled out to about 8ft of water and collected it. The water looked pristine and the sand looks the same as the type I would by at the LFS. I would like to put it in my new tank I'm setting up because I think it is a cool memento from the trip. Can I put it in the tank?
