I would check before and after. What salt mix are you using?

ESV... I should probably wait a little while after the change to test to let everything mix evenly right?

I use ESV as well and both the Mag and Cal are pretty high, I would do the water change then test and add if needed. FYI, I use their calculator and found it to be pretty accurate.
