argh! I'm so stupid.

There have been so many times where I do something in my tank that requires me to fix it before I go home (tank is at work) and somehow I almost forget but then manage to remember right before I leave. Not this weekend.

The timer for my MHs wasn't working right so on Friday I just plugged them directly into the outlet.

Nice... michael. The corals just had 72 hours of 3x400 Watts of MH and are now starting to bleach.

Anyway, I shut the lights off today so hopefully with some time, everything will recover. Some of them got burnt pretty badly. Ugh.

corals they are pretty resilient when good conditions otherwise are prevalent - move back to the older cycle and let them readjust - if you need timers, we have them for sale and loan (I have a few extra's laying around).

How is the tank doing? Any updates?

It's ok. The colonies are fine although some pieces are not. It will heal just in awhile. The chalice and a red Monti were the most upset.
