I am getting ready to upgrade from my Eclipse System 12 to a 25 gallon cube tank.

This is the new tank:

I currently have a 24 inch 130 watt Power Compact light with 1 blue acitinic 65 watt bulb, 1 white acitinic 65 watt bulb, and 4 blue Led's.

Since the tank is 18" wide, I was thinking of changing my lights. I have gotten a few suggestions so far, one of which was this light:

I haven't looked around too hard for that yet, however, I haven't been able to find anywhere online which sells them... I am going to contact some of the vendors that they list on their website later this week.

Also was looking at the coralife 20" PC light 96 watts:

I don't really have enough room for a sump, so I will be using the H.O.T. Magnum filter that I bought a few weeks ago. I tried to run the filter for a minute in a bucket full of water, but had no success. I filled up the chamber with water prior to turning it on. When I turned it on, the water I put into the filter flowed through just fine, however it didn't suction any new water and it just sputtered. I let it sit for about 4 minutes to see if it would work eventually, but it just kept sputtering. Not sure what's going on there...

I have the smallest Koralia Powerhead right now. Will this be enough flow for the 25 gallon tank? I figure it is since the new filter is pretty strong flow it should be fine.

Also, I have 2 clownfish right now, however, I was thinking maybe a few weeks into the new tank I might be able to get another 2 small fish. What are some interesting fish or invertebrates that could live comfortably?

Thanks for the help guys and I'll definitely post images when it's all set up!

a couple of things
1. why do you need halide lighting are you going to grow sps
2. why not get a kick arse skimmer instead of that filter
3. get a bunch of live rock and sand for your tank.

im tired thats all i can think of at the moment....
