Running a good skimmer, do regular - and larger in percentage- water changes, being sure to run GFO & carbon (and changing it weekly), will slowly bring your phosphates into line.
While it won't happen quickly, you should see no more of an increase of the symptoms.
Nothing immediately 'fixes' a tank with high phosphates, ypu'll need to tough it out a bit, but you can win the battle (and stay in great shape) if you do it right! :)
