Plenty time for it to have settled in.:)

Try feeding it the suggested silverside, fish, or shrimp. Let us know the out come of that please. Could be that your anemone just does not appreciate the attention it is getting from your clownfish.;)

Full tank pics... kinda hard to see but the anemone is located towards the bottom right, you can kinda see the clown in him.

The frags on the bottom and the Green Lobo on the right I just put in the tank a couple hours ago.

Any tips on where my powerheads should be pointing would be good too.

In the wild Anemones are most likely found on overhangs and crevices so this is quite normal. Again, try to feed it if you can. If the clown's being way too harsh and is not giving the anemone some breathing room, I've got my suggestion a couple of posts back (again emphasizing on taking it with a bucket of salt). Other than that, it seems like a fine spot for an Anemone.

As for your powerheads, can't really know where the exact placement should be but if you take a couple pieces of sting (half an inch separation or so), tie it to a grilling stick (wood?), and just "measure" your flow in different parts of your tank. If you see the string waving, you should be fine.

Same thing happened to my gbta. They sometimes get trapped in rock caves.
After a couple weeks of no tentacles I turned the rock to where I could see the nem. The remaining tentacles would not hold food so I held small bits of food against the mouth not pushing it in but just helping it eat. It took a couple months before returning to normal. Now it's huge and healthy.

Ok so I haven't tried feeding him but that's because he disappeared behind some rocks for a few days.. he was still attached so I let him be. Today he came out. You can see in the pics he's not in great shape and he lost his color but he's alive... now I can start feeding him.

That is good news! :)
If you feed him, be sure to make it a small meal and chopped finely. Some mysis shrimp, some small pieces of raw shrimp, chopped silverside, something along those lines.
You can gently direct it toward him with a baster.

Don't force him if he isn't ready to eat yet!

Do let us know how it goes!!
