Shrimp Traps

I'm trying to take out peppermint and red cleaner shrimps from my tank. What kind of shrimp trap DIY or retail ones will work? I have a 75 gallons with rocks that they are hiding in.

Sorry but I have no real answer for you regarding shrimp traps.
I'd just let them climb into a net at feeding time and scoop them out.

What are you looking to remove them?

Try the coke bottle fish trap...the first ones to actually go in for me were all my shrimp.

Thanks sounds like a plan, I'll give that a try. My shrimps are picking at the mouth of my Scolymia and Dendros, even after I feed them. That is why I want to take them out.

scunfcu i had that same problem with shrimps till the purple reef lobster i have in my tank ate them good luck on catching them they can be a pain

coke plastic bottle or glass bottle? If plastic what size?

plastic 2l .. glass will give u a hard time to make that trap ...and that reef lobster is a massive scavanger he eat whateva u throw in the tank or any of the smaller members of ur tank that he finds tasty
