skimmer intake question

hi guys. i was wondering if it was possable to t-off my overflow drain line and feed my skimmer. does anyone have this kind of set up?

do you have a recirc skimmer ? yes you can but the flow wont be consistant and will cause the skimmer to skim in-consistant
