Refugium mud

I just added some refugium mud to my refugium, wow, I was so haapy with how clear the tank was, not anymore. How long does it take to clear?

My real question is what are the best things to put in that middle section. I currently have live sand, mud and rocks.

Macro algae would b good I currently have miracle mud with chaeto I believe there were guys on here ither sellin or givin it away

definitely go with cheato and other macros. Thats what a fuge is for! As far as the mud Ive heard people swear by it but also heard other people say its a big waste of money and someone is just digging it up in their backyard! I thru some in my fuge awhile back and it took a couple pf hours to clear up.
