Help fragging

I have a bunch of zoa and palys, how do i frag them and glue them to plugs ? Do i cut the stem or the heads .. Or break the rock ?

Slice a thin layer of rock underneath the polyp. Do this in a small tub of tank water.
Glue this to the new rock using crazy glue gel. Helps to pat dry first with paper towel.
Place in the tank in an area of low flow for a few days.
Wear eye protection and gloves. But before you do anything research palytoxin.

break the rock if u can if not start slicing were there spreading and pry them up or slice as close to the rock as u can
