popeye?

So today, I picked up a domino damsel at my LFS. Out of all the damsels, the one I got has popeye. I didn't notice, untill I put him in my display tank. I would like to know is popeye contagious to my other healthy fish? Also how do you treat it?

This happened an anthias I once had just after I put it in the tank. It cleared itself after a few days without intervention. Its generally not considered contagious.

I believe, Dominoes can get pretty big (5"+, size of tea cup saucer), and aggressive...what are the other fish

I have two clowns, one yellow tang, two strip damsel, niger trigger, domino damsel (wifes choice), and a royal grammer (wifes choice again) lol ...75 gallon tank...

Thats a pretty big bio-load of fish for a 75. the trigger is gonna get pretty big. Is it a reef tank or fish only?

FOWLR. they are all juvenile fish. So far the trigger and yellow tang are my favorites.

Thats cool that its FOWLR. I love my yellow tang and also like the triggers but I never got one due to my tank size and setup. The pop eye should clear up as long as the fish isn't stressed out and your water params are stable. Make sure its eating when you feed. Your definitely gonna have to upgrade in the near future tho!
