LED layout?

Is this the best way to put this DIY led fixture together?
i can't find any other way. the 3 rows make it difficult to criss cross the LEDs.

BLUE= blue LED
YELLOW = white/daylight LED
RECTANGLES= meanwells

Alternate color/rows so you'll get....

it doesnt wrap back around to the other wire to the meanwell. i stated that in the post tha it cant criss cross
