i need to be clear on this ? .... i just bought the hanna Hi 713 phosphate low range tester. now i know that the lowest the reading the better. so if the reading starts at 0.00 , what is consider too high?
my test came out 0.10
next ? i tested my tank water prior to a water change and it was at 0.07
and then tested my make up water of 20 gal with the salt mix already included and it read at 0.01
now am thinking great am getting somewhere in life lol.
however after the water change and 24 hr later i test my tank and it reads 0.10 how did it go up instead of down. if it were simple the math should look like this 0.07 - 0.01 = 0.06 lol
so using the 3 pt. reading {0.00} whats too high, thanks for looking i tried to make it short and brief. lol
