Part of my Clowns tail missing

Could someone please let me know why my clown has peaces of his tail missing? I only have 4 fish and two of them are clowns in a BTA. The other two are smaller fish (Two Damsels). Water test shows everything good. However, i did notice yesturday morning he had two/three small white dots that look like ICK but when i returned home later that night he was clean and looking healthy. However, this morning he was floating at the top and half hour later i check back and he was normal and inside the BTA with its partner.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

But there pretty small and dont seem to be nasty at this stage... I monitored them for while and during feeding and no fighting or bullying

Dude he looks fine to me. No need to freak out. Maybe a little bit of tail nipping but if he's eating he'll recover.

Also don't worry about floating at the top. That's how my clown sleeps lol.
