Question about aquapod

Ok I have been trying to change my lights out to put in LEDs instead of the pcs I have. I have had no such luck because I can't get the hood off and I don't want to try to replace the lights while standing over my tank. Is their a tab or something on the tank to release the hood? Just pulling the hood isn't working out.

I am not sure what you mean by not being able to remove the hood. Anyway< I have t5's and I don't use the hood, just a glass top. It is not as neat looking as the hood but it makes life a lot simpler.

It works by opening the hood about 2/3rds up and then you need to pull one side at a time where the hinges are.

Ok thanks guys so their is no tabs to push to make the hood release. Just pull on each side ok thanks

Ok when I finish up I'll post step by steps but it's pretty straight forward in terms of building which I could help u if you need just trying to figure out how to get the best par with out over doing it with LEDs just think 24 is allot for small tank but everyone keeps saying that 24 is perfect. Lol
