Rotten fish food?

im so stupid.. i forgot my frozen mysis shrimp pack on my desk in my bedroom overnight and it smells like garbage.... like literally when u open a garbage can on a hot summer day.. can i refreeze and feed to my fish// i know its pretty cheap of me, but if it's not going to harm my fish or cause a spike in my parameters..will freezeing it go back to normal??

I would throw it out, I lost two fish from trying to feed re -freezed and both dead the next morning after feeding
