weird stuff in my tank

i have little white things growing in my tank, not really sure what they are. they have little steams connected to a feather like top. idk if its bad or good but if anybody knows please let me know, i also have a blue hippo tang with little white spots not sure what those are either

those tube like stems with feathers at the top are feather dusters. They are good and filter your tank. White spots on Hippo is/may be ick
