Hey Bry, sounds like you're real close to being able to add a fish or two.
You'll want to use a cleanup crew that includes, nassarius snails, cerith snails, turbo snails. I'm not a huge fan of hermits, LOTS of people are super successful with them. If you do get hermits, I recommend blue leg and scarlet reef hermits.
You'll eventually be able to add a much more diverse cleanup crew as your tank matures. There are some real nice urchins, cucumbers, shrimp, that will give you a nice variety.

How about some pictures?

OK last night I saw what I was hoping not to see but mm yea the algae cycle has started... I noticed brown spots and green litle dots on the live rocks not in the sand.. Thanks god I had order a cuc from Reefcleaners.org and it arrived today! (nassarius, dwarf ceriths, Florida ceriths, small & medium size nerites, no hermits ) so hopefully it won't spread crazy in the sand.

Algo added a bag of live pods and cheato..so I'll let everything settle and get familliar with their new home lol and in a 1 1/2 weeks I'll be finaly will start adding corals!!!
( I should start a tank thread ):D
