I have a 14 gallon biocube reef. I recently just moved into a new apartment and the tank is located in the living room. My air conditioner is in my bedroom and my due to the unfortunate floorplan of the apartment, the livingroom remains rather warm. when the lights are off the temp is at 80. When lights are on the temp goes up to 85-87. I have been trying to manage it by freezing tank water and re adding it to the tank to cool it. Can any one give me any suggestions on how i can help keep the tank cool? Or recommend a small chiller for a small tank?

Hi are you living on the first floor or the second floor of the building if your on the first floor one way that might help a bit is if you have a ceiling light nearby you might think of changing that light out to a ceiling fan also if you have a window nearby you can always crack it open so there's fresh air coming in.
If your on the second floor the ceiling fan wont work because the fan pulls out all the hot air from the roof so the only other thing that will work is a chiller.
by using the search bar or even the marketplace here you will find a lot of new and used chillers for your size tank......................
