Here are pictures of the actual fixture.
I took it apart and gave all the pieces I could a vinegar bath. So it is nice and clean inside and out.
Also gave it a test run after the bath and all lights are working perfectly fine.
The plastic covering for the PC bulbs aren't coming with it but it does come with the UV glass cover for the metal halide bulb.
A new PC covering can be cheaply bought here.
