Gauging interest in my 55, stand & Lights

I'm thinking of downgrading to a 29 maybe.

55 AGA tank
Wrought iron stand (not the petland boxy metal stand)
icecap 660 and a retro fit AGA enclosure that houses:
2 110 watt 48" VHO (1 URI Actinic White, 1 URI Sun) 1 month old each.
Eheim 1262 & Closed loop system (1 inch PVC in, 3/4" tubing out to a "Y" )
AGA Glass top
Wood shelf for bottom of stand

I'm thinking $400

Nothing we might be moving soon, probably will have kids soon, work has been crazy. Funny, last week I was seriously thinking about a 90 gallon! hahaha. I think something smaller may take less of my time.
