Located in Queens. You arrange pickup and transport. All you really need is a bunch of 5 gallon buckets with lids from Homedepot, a Dolly/Handtruck and a car that can fit a 30 x 24 x 18 tank. I?ll help you pack things up and load it in your truck/car.
