I would take them but my maroons would kill them. Designer clowns are ugly genetic defects IMO. I like the natural "normal" clowns.

It hasn't nothing to do with MR, that's what you're getting everywhere. Everyone want the "designer" clowns, it's the same with freshwater fish too. You need to consider that people can usually only keep 1 pair of clowns per tank, so they're being very particular of which pair they buy.

It is everywhere but no one realizes that these fish are not healthy. They have been given less attention in the breeding process, be it dirty water, lack of nutrition, or bad brook stock.

I have seen fish with severe underbites, gill flukes, badly formed bodies going for crazy prices. Its crazy because they just keep mixing these fish and get more and more frankenfish.

Its not even small breeders it some of the bigger ones too.

Some of the deformities are noticeable till they get bigger either.
