I have had this beautiful fish for over two years now. I drove all the way Boston to get him and he will be missed greatly but.....he is getting to big for my tank.
He is currently between 5 1/2 and 6 inches. He eats like a pig; mysis, brine, squid, flakes and lots of nori.
He has no body marking or hlle and has always been healthy. He has an awesome sheen to him under my LED's. A lot of times black tangs get lines or coloration issues as they get older, not this guy.
He currently is housed with an Atlantic Blue tang and has been previously housed with a Purple Tang the same size of him with no issues. He "plays well in the sandbox" with others.
