For sale: used AquaC EV-180 protein skimmer w/ JG fitting. This skimmer is about a year old and worked perfectly on my 100gal setup then upgraded so I needed to upgrade the skimmer. I have cleaned the skimmer the best I could and I have cleaned out the spray valve and venturi valve completely clear of debris. This is a in sump skimmer and is best powered by a mag drive 9.5. I have the pump as well if interested. Purchased skimmer for 345.00, asking 260.00, mag drive 9.5 add 90.00. Pickup northern NJ.

Is that work with mag 7 or should be mag 9?

Would work with a 7 but optimally the 9.5 works its best for the best reaction at the Venturi and spray valve. The 9.5 pretty much had it in overdrive. The one below that was recommended by the manufacturer not sure if that's the one your referring to.
