Live Rock/Sand/Snail/crab Give-away

I'm breaking down my tank. Getting out the hobby.

I have about 40 lbs of live rock - You must take all rocks

I also have a few Snails (3-5) and Crabs (3-4) still left,
I would be happy if you could take those guys also and provide happy new home.

I have live sand also, but will only remove after the rocks are taken.

Pick up in Washington Heights Manhattan.
