Oceanic 30Gal. Cube Tank FS in NJ

I'm consolidating my tanks and will be taking down my 30 gallon cube tank. Here are the specs:
Oceanic 30g. cube with custom overflow box, drilled top center of back wall. Flows into an external Durso.
Custom made oak base and canopy, fits like a glove.
Canopy contains a PFO fixture - 175 watt MH with (2) 36w. actinics. Bulb is an XM 14k, about 4 months old.
Base contains a custom acrylic sump with an Aqua C Urchin Pro skimmer and a Mag pump for return.
Price is $400 firm. Pick up only.
