Drain fitting is glued and not screwed. It will need to be cut. I will include the new fitting that is needed.
Tank priced as is. It still has 60 lbs of sand and old muck that needs removing. You will probably need to clean the tank and deal with some smell. I have a van, you just need to bring a bung of muscle. I will basically deliver this tank any where in NY, NJ, CT (ask first).
So to recap, tank, stand, plumbing, sump, pump. Just add light and temp control.
