RO/DI water system remove all the waste products, dirt, rust and what ever else that is bad in the water. Since your tank is so small you can either get the Tap water filter or maybe buy bottle water. Also some local fish store sell RO/DI water.

Water quailty is very important and depending on the water in your area a water system is essential.
