PRICES LOWERED TO GET RID OF REMAINING LIVE STOCK - Bold Items have had prices cut by almost 50%

Thanks for reading the post. I plan on moving cross country next year so need to sell my equipment/live stock before next summer.
I live in Manhattan and have limited space, so I am going to need to sell things in pieces. So livestock first and then equipment next. I'll keep tabs on who asked for what first so, when things are ready to sell I'll contact them first.
Here is the list of livestock and equipment: (all live stock has 0 diseases)
1. Hoeven's Wrasse (Halichoeres melanurus) very healthy eats a lot and is full grown. $30 (held for B-RIDGE)
2. Gold Assessor Basslet (Assessor flavissimus) RARE FISH - very healthy beautiful, great personality love to watch him swim upside down: $90
3. Sunrise Dottyback - $20.
4. Pink/Red Montipora digitata + Green Montipora digitata on 5-6" rock. Base has grown and they are both growing. $80
6. Rock with green star polyps, Red Montipora digital + Sunset Montipora + Montipora Spongodes $70 3 corals + rock
7. 8 head green duncan - $40 (held for B-RIDGE)
8. 11 head hammer coral - $50 SOLD
9. Purple Rim Green Monti Cap - $15
10. Frag of miyagi tort - $5
12. Green Star Polyps Mounted on Magnetic Wall Rock 8" long by 5" tall completely covered, great for adding stuff to the back wall of your tank - $50 comes with rock and magnets
14. Rock with red and green montipora growing on it. Live Rock is about 2 lbs. $30

1. EcoTech Marine Radion XR30w Pro LED Light Fixture - $500
2. Neptune Apex System w/ new ph probe, temp probe, break out box, wireless ecotech pump control, custom made double water level detection: $450
3. 2 (1.1ML) BRS Dosing Pumps with replacement dosing hose: $100
4. 1/15 Current Prime Chiller - $200
5. mp10w - $180 needs a wet frame as I broke the ceramic piece when I cleaned this. I still run it but its noisy, if you want to kill the noise you need to get this $20 dollar part.
6. AquaMaxx HOB-1 Hang-On-Back Protein Skimmer - $100 (Held for SCHPROCK)
7. Tunze Turbelle NanoStream 6025 Pump moded for more gph - $35
8. Mag 7 pump - $50
9. 2 phosban 150 reactor - $20 each
10. Flipper Magnet (best glass cleaner i've ever used) $20 - HOLD FOR Maxima808
11-. RSM 130 - Tank hood has been modified to hold the radian pro led. Have original light, also modified back of tank for sump system. Comes with tank hood/original pumps/original skimmer/stand with some water damage $200 (pick up only)
12. Ecoxotic eco pico 5 Gallon tank. Used for a pico tank, Led's burnt out but I have 2 separate drivers so you can run up to 6 strips of ecoxotic leds. The led strips range from $12-$20 each. Great desktop tank. Comes with pico HOB filter, and custom built battery powered water top-off, also will include cleaner magnet and extra pico powerhead. Awesome for Saltwater once you get new LED's - $75.
