Tank for sale $200, pickup in Danbury, CT 06810 which is just 5 minutes over the border from NY or at my office in Greenwich, CT 06830. I paid $450 for this item (will provide invoice) and never set it up. I since purchased another CAD lights with clear silicone that I am using to this day. The tank is in a large styrofoam padded box ready to go for pickup only.
Divot
There is a small divot about 1/8" deep that was polished out. The silicone is unaffected. The tank held water for 7 days of testing without a problem. Pic of the divot here:

Overflow Level
While I had originally complained that the overflow was not level, it is. The black sticker backing was not cut straight making your eye think the overflow itself was not level. Here are 2 pics proving it is only off a hair:

Pipe Size
CADLIGHTS stock 70G systems have a large overflow box that is 11" x 5.5" and is designed to flow up to 1000GPH-1200GPH. My 5x3 small footprint overflow can only fit a return 1/2" pipe and a drain of 1".
This pipe combination, has a flow capacity of 700GPH-900GPH which is more then enough. The return is 1/2" pipe and the drain is 1" pipe. Here is the type of drain and return I am using and whoever buys this tank would do the same:
