Just renewing this thread because have gotten a lot of text messages but no firm commitments.

I'm selling my 300 gallon marineland perfecto tank. It's 72 x 36 x 27 tall. The stand is the same dimensions, maybe a tad shorter than 27''. All panels are starphire glass. I'm asking $500 OBO for the tank and stand.

I live in Yorktown Heights, 45 minutes north of Manhattan in Westchester county. The tank is 350lbs and you will need a van and help to move it. There is one set of extra wide stairs leading from my basement to my garage that you will have to go up to get the tank out of my house. Hence the need for 4-5 strong people.

I want this thing out of my house ASAP, so i'd prefer a pickup tomorrow or Saturday but can make exceptions for someone who is 100% serious about buying.

Skimmer is SRO3000ext super reef octopus. It's 2 years old, good condition, asking $250. rated up to 350 gallons i think, retail it was >$500

The UV is 40 watt Emperor Aquatics Smart UV, widely considered the gold standard. I'm asking $225 for that. It's in excellent condition and I just put a brand new bulb in the unit. Retail it was $390 plus the price of the bulb.

Yes of course. These tanks were designed to be drilled and 99% come reef ready. I just had them ship mine as a special order, prior to drilling anything, because I did not want to use internal overflows.

Not 100% sure, but yrs ago when I had a 300DD, I think that I was told by Marineland that the tanks could not be drilled (I wanted bigger drains)...
