I think in the future you should do it through PayPal with your CC and then when you go to get the fish have the person send you the funds back, or cancel the transaction, and you can then pay them with cash. I think that way there are no fees involved and it may provide you with some safety or protection.

Thank you so much. I usually check the rating of the person and everything, and I actually spoke on the phone with guy and it all seemed ok. Well, live and learn.

I thought that he may lost his phone and left my number back through PM. I would love to get the fish that I paid for, so please, if anybody can get through and contact the guy I would really appreciate it. But for now it is a loss for me and it sucks.
