40 breeder tank breakdown

I'll be breaking down my 40 gallon breeder and it will come with the following:
- $75- 40 gallon breeder drilled with 2 returns (from gl*******s) and gl*******s overflow rated for 700 GPH
- $30 - 20 gallon long DIY sump with 3 chambers
- $50 - SCA skimmer 301
- $70 - Smart micro ATO
- $350 - ATI 24" 6 bulb Dimmable - bulbs replaced 2/3 months ago and i have 3 extra PENDING


Everything was bought brand new and is about 1.5 years old. I'm the original owner of everything.
