Albert have patience, In a year that 1" piece will be a 5" piece and it would have cost you a heck of a lot less. I've seen 5" tort colonies sell for $400-$500 (non-oregon) An oregon of that size would probably sell for over $1000 but you probably wouldn't be able to find it.

$35, no pic, but a few guys here got a piece of it. Maybe Micheal Chu has a piece. I would like to see a pic of it now that it grew some if he has one. Im not sure but i think Aldren has one too. I have 2 mini colonies of it. I might sell one, if the price is right
.

I have a tort colony grown from a 1" frag but I'm not selling it ;) When you grow a colony from a frag it really gives you a sense of pride
. You should just fill that 187gal reef of yours with frags and sit back and watch them grow. Look at that green digi I gave you. Before you know it you will have so much of each coral you'll be fragging stuff to keep coral wars at a minimum ;)
Look for those beautiful hard to get frags and give em' space to grow. Albert, if you decide to go mostly SPS slap a huge skimmer on your tank. You'll enjoy a much better survival rate (better colors) and also have less nusicance algae problems. I've been where you are and a skimmed tank is much better.
