Lighting Sale 400w E-ballast

I am in the process of changing some of my lighting,
(4) 400w blueline E-ballast- $125 each
*if you also need mog socket and bulb(20K rad ~2 months in use) i am sure I can work something out.

I can pickup this week prob tue or so.This is the same E ballast from champion right? Will it fire 400 DE's.Please respond thanks, also have a 36"4x96w PC hood CSL complete less 3 bulbs to trade with if interested but have cash
